Closing Fall Winter, Moving Forward
This marks the last Fall Winter collection under this chapter of VNAT. As I shift focus toward Spring Summer, this collection circles back into the essentials with hoodies, zip ups, sweats, and now workwear. Pieces meant to be worn daily, not just styled once.
For this release, I introduced Dickies 874 pants for both men and women. A familiar silhouette reworked through placement, print, and intention. Built on a uniform that already carries history, the designs run down the leg and live with the garment over time. They are meant to move, fade, and wear naturally, becoming part of someone’s routine rather than a statement piece that sits untouched.
A major focus of this release is the beanies. I spent a lot of time gathering the correct materials to achieve comfort and durability. Making them reversible gives the option to switch up the swag depending on the fit or the mood.
Black and white remain the main palette, but I introduced orange this time to challenge myself and expand the range of styling possibilities. It adds contrast and energy while still staying true to the core of the collection.
Alongside the final Fall Winter pieces, I released an Anniversary Tee printed on a heavyweight white base. It serves as an archive of the season, pulling together past graphics and moments into one piece. Each shirt is printed with random designs and varied logo placements, making every tee slightly different. It exists as a record of time spent building rather than a single release meant to stand alone.
I have had the most fun working on these Fall Winter installments. At the same time, I am extremely excited for the Spring Summer collection, which is already in motion. The direction is lighter, more active, and closer to the body. Pieces that move differently. Items that live between function and routine. Things you might not expect at first but will make sense once they are worn.
Completing a full year with this vision is something I am truly grateful for. I would not call this a brand. I am not in it for the profits. I am simply putting together clothes that I like and putting them out there to see if anyone else connects with them.
Thank you to Esmeralda, Marcos, Gi, Mo, JP from Stay Sharp Barbershop, and you for helping with FW5.
